Each year, the Yacht Club of Monaco becomes the central hub of the yachting world during the “La Belle Classe Superyachts” Economic Symposium. This unmissable event, initiated in 2008 by the Yacht Club of Monaco, brings together key players from the luxury yachting industry. Yacht owners, shipyards, brokers, designers, captains, bankers, maritime experts, specialized lawyers, port directors, and organizers of boat shows gather to exchange ideas and discuss the issues shaping the sector.
Organized in the form of a dinner-debate, this meeting offers a privileged setting for discussing the economic prospects, challenges and innovations impacting the yachting industry worldwide. It highlights the importance and economic influence of yachting, not only around the world, but also in the South of France and the Principality of Monaco.

The Business Symposium is an annual meeting organised by the Yacht Club de Monaco which is focused on the economic, strategic and technological challenges facing the yachting industry. It brings together shipyards, brokers, captains and maritime experts.
The event is held at the Yacht Club de Monaco.
The Business Symposium federates key players across the yachting industry including owners, captains, naval architects, design firms, shipyards, brokers, insurers, etc.
Topics include the impact on yachting of geopolitics and economic tensions, evolution of maritime traffic, insurance, the energy and technological transition, market developments (Middle East, Asia, the Americas), and the integration of tools such as the SEA Index® to measure the environmental efficiency of superyachts.
The Symposium is part of the collective ‘Monaco, Capital of Advanced Yachting’ strategy. It reinforces Monaco’s position as an international yachting hub, facilitates networking, anticipates major developments in the sector and highlights the Principality’s maritime ecosystem.
